By registering an account or using CaseFarm (casefarm.gg), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
CaseFarm is a CS2 case farming service. Users allocate funds to obtain CS2 game accounts that are operated by CaseFarm to farm in-game cases and items. Farmed items are sold on third-party trading platforms. Estimated farming revenue is credited to the user's internal balance weekly.
CaseFarm is an independent operator and is not affiliated with Valve Corporation, Steam, or Counter-Strike.
All revenue figures shown on the platform are estimates based on historical farming performance. Actual results may differ materially. Revenue depends on CS2 item prices, Steam/Valve policies, account availability, market liquidity and other factors outside our control. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
CS2 farming accounts may be banned or restricted by Valve/Steam at any time. CaseFarm applies protective measures (IP rotation, activity limits, account rotation) to minimise this risk, but cannot guarantee accounts will not be banned. In the event of a ban wave, farming income will be paused and buyback may be unavailable. CaseFarm will communicate any such events to affected users promptly.
CaseFarm shall not be liable for losses arising from: market fluctuations in CS2 item prices, Steam/Valve policy changes, blockchain network delays, acts of third parties, or events outside CaseFarm's reasonable control. Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the preceding 30 days.
CaseFarm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid out subject to minimum withdrawal requirements.
These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
